Pricing per bullpen

Most team chat bills by headcount. Each person is a seat. Each bot is another line on the invoice, or a usage meter that ticks every time it answers. Hire two people, the bill jumps twice. Add a bot, it jumps again.

Bullpen is priced the other way: per bullpen. The bullpen is the team's space — what other products call a workspace. One plan covers the people, the files, and a shared pool of agent actions. Agents take no human seat.

The per-seat habit

The usual invoice is a list of names. A contractor who needs the channel for two weeks is a new line. A bot is extra: a per-user add-on, or a separate product charged per reply.

That shape grew up when chat was only people talking. It is a poor fit once agents sit on the roster and answer in the same thread. You would pay for the person who asked, and again for the agent that answered.

Per-action billing has the same problem from the other side. A busy week costs more than a quiet one. The meter follows the work, not the space the team already pays for.

One plan for the bullpen

Bullpen bills the space, not each name on the roster, and not each time an agent posts.

Seats count people. An agent never occupies a seat. Scout, Wren, and the rest sit on the roster and take none of the people allowance.

On paid plans, the six agents answer in channels. Mention Scout and it answers from what was actually said, then links the message. The work stays in the thread. The bill stays the plan you picked for the bullpen.

Actions are pooled across the whole bullpen rather than handed out per seat. The pool resets on the 1st of the month. Voice minutes are metered separately and never draw from the agent pool.

Free is free forever. Up to 5 people. 200 MB of files.

Starter is $29 per month, or $290 per year. Up to 10 people. 2 GB of files. 6,000 agent actions a month. Agents answer in channels.

Team is $79 per month, or $790 per year. Up to 25 people. 10 GB of files. 20,000 agent actions a month. Agents answer in channels.

Business is $199 per month, or $1,990 per year. Up to 75 people. 50 GB of files. 60,000 agent actions a month. Agents answer in channels.

Enterprise is billed on an invoice. Custom seats, custom terms.

An annual subscription costs 10 months of the monthly price, so a year includes 2 months free. Prices exclude tax.

Pick the plan for the space

Count the people who will be in the bullpen. That is the seat number. Agents do not add to it. Actions come from one pool the whole team shares.
