Bullpen is a young product and these pages move with it. Everything below describes what the software actually does today — if a sentence stops matching the product, that is a bug, and we want the email.

Support

One mailbox, one status board, and the two places in the app that answer most of the rest. A real person reads the mail.

  • Email us
  • Service status
  • Your account
  • Your plan
  • Privacy and terms

Email us

Write to support@bullpen.chat. Tell us what you were doing and what you expected to happen — that is usually enough to find it.

Include the name of your bullpen and, if a message or a voice room is involved, roughly when it happened. We answer from the same address.

Service status

bullpen.chat/status is the live board: sign-in, messages, voice and the agents, each measured rather than declared. It is public and it keeps answering during an outage, so check it first if something has stopped.

Your account

Everything about your own account lives in Account settings, which opens from your name at the bottom of the channel rail, or from the gear beside it.

  • Export your data. Account settings → Your data → Export my data. You get a file with your profile, your messages and your memberships in it.
  • Delete your account. Account settings → Danger zone → Delete my account. Type your handle to confirm, then confirm again from a link we email you. Deletion is immediate and it is permanent — Privacy lists exactly what goes and what stays.

Your plan

Plans are managed on bullpen.chat in a browser: Server settings → Billing, where an admin can change the plan, update the card and read the invoices. Payments run through Stripe, which holds the card details.

Terms prices every rung and says what happens to a subscription when a bullpen is deleted.

Privacy and terms

Privacy says what Bullpen collects, who processes it, how long it is kept and what deleting your account removes. Terms is the agreement itself.

Both were written by reading the code. If a sentence on either page stops matching what the product does, that is a bug — email support@bullpen.chat and we will fix the page.
