Searchable team chat

Work talk is only useful if you can find it later. A decision that lived in a sidebar chat, a voice call with no trail, or an agent reply that never hit the channel is a fact the next person has to dig for again.

The scatter habit

Most teams keep answers in three places. The channel has the thread. The call has the decision. A private bot chat has the summary. When somebody asks the same question next week, they search the wrong place first.

Search that only covers typed messages misses the short talk that settled the work. A transcript stuck in another app misses the channel where the rest of the day already lives.

One place to look
